14-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you're not satisfied with the Pro plan, we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked, within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@feedrium.com with the subject line "Refund" and your registered email address. We process requests within 2 business days.

What is refunded

The full purchase price, if requested within 14 days of purchase.
For annual subscriptions: a pro-rata refund of the remaining balance after the 14-day period, at our discretion — just get in touch.

What is not refunded

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase (except for justified exceptions).
The Free plan is free of charge — there is nothing to refund.

Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle and are typically credited back within 5–10 business days.
