Terms and Conditions.
Effective as of May 2026 · Feedrium, Sven Schulze, Stadionstr. 66, 47533 Kleve, Germany
Section 1 — Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Feedrium service (feedrium.com, app.feedrium.com), operated by Sven Schulze, Stadionstr. 66, 47533 Kleve, Germany.
Section 2 — Description of Services
Feedrium is a web-based RSS news reader. The provider makes available a platform through which users can aggregate and read publicly accessible RSS feeds. Feedrium does not produce any editorial content of its own.
The service is offered in two versions:
- Free: Free of charge, with limited functionality (3 sources, 3 custom RSS URLs).
- Pro: Paid subscription, unlimited sources and URLs, plus additional features.
Section 3 — Conclusion of Contract
A usage agreement is formed upon registration and email confirmation. For the Pro plan, a paid subscription agreement is formed upon completion of the order process.
Section 4 — Prices and Payment
Current prices can be viewed at feedrium.com/#preise. All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Payment processing is handled by Paddle (paddle.com) as merchant of record. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in due time.
Section 5 — Cancellation
The Pro plan may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period — via the Paddle customer portal or by email to info@feedrium.com. After cancellation, the account is downgraded to the Free plan.
Section 6 — Right of Withdrawal
For digital content that is provided immediately at the customer's explicit request, the right of withdrawal expires once performance of the service has begun. By activating the Pro plan, the user consents to this immediate commencement. Our voluntary refund policy applies (feedrium.com/en/erstattung.html).
Section 7 — User Obligations
The user undertakes to use the service exclusively for lawful purposes. Automated mass access and any interference with other users are prohibited.
Section 8 — Limitation of Liability
The provider is not liable for the content of aggregated RSS feeds, which originate from third-party providers. Liability for damages exists only in cases of gross negligence or intent.
Section 9 — Data Protection
Information on data processing is available at feedrium.com/en/datenschutz.html
Section 10 — Amendments
Amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be announced by email. If the user does not object within 30 days, the amendments are deemed accepted.
Section 11 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by German law. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Kleve, Germany.
Section 12 — Email Communication and Newsletter
By registering, the user consents to receiving transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, important service notices). These emails are necessary for the operation of the service and cannot be unsubscribed from as long as an active account exists.
In addition, the provider may inform users by email about significant product updates and new features (service newsletter). This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for free accounts, and on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual communication with Pro users.
For standalone marketing newsletters (if offered in the future), the double opt-in procedure applies: registration only becomes effective after confirming a confirmation email. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future — via the link in any marketing email or by contacting info@feedrium.com.
All email processing activities are described in detail in the Privacy Policy (feedrium.com/en/datenschutz.html).
